Absolutely. For orders over 5 servers, or for special order hardware we will require a deposit and there will be a leadtime appropriate to the size and complexity of the hardware and scope of project.
Yes, we can. Please reach out to us at sales@vertexsys.ca. We can supply new, lightly used, or off-lease hardware - still on original manufacturer's warranty. With any such purchase we liase with the client and the manufacturer to ensure the warranty and system ownership is transferred to the new owner.
We certainly do. Depending on complexity and timeframe, expedited services can require pre-payment and additional fees, but it can be done. If the part or system is special order, we have vendors available for priority overnight shipping, and if it's hardware we have in inventory, we can have it ready in as little as 2 hours.
