All our systems are fully tested and warrantied for 1 year - extendable with a Pro Shield Service plan for up to 3 years at 8x5 or 24x7 support.
We are a small business ourselves, so we understand the cash flow challenges of a small business. That's why we offer in-house payment plans, equipment rentals (daily, weekly, monthly and annual), and third party finance options.

Absolutely. Delivery is flat rate within the Edmonton region and we have freight, hot-shot and shipping options within Alberta and Nationwide. All our systems are built-to-order and we offer extensive setup and on-site consulting services. Our technician rates are $150 per hour during the day and $225 per hour on evenings and weekends.
We source our hardware primarily from Canadian businesses and datacenters. The hardware we provide comes fully functional - we do not stock damaged, suspect, or salvage hardware. Our parts inventory comes from our network of vendors, as well as from servers we have broken down and inventoried for spares or parts.
Of course. The system is, after all, yours. However, keep in mind that during a support call, we may request that you remove any 3rd party or incompatible hardware to aid in diagnostic. Servers can be quite specific about the hardware installed in them. Failure due to a 3rd party component will not be covered under warranty.
